On July 30, 2009, peacefully at The Severn Hospice at Telford, in the presence of his loving Family, following an illness borne with great courage, dignity and humour. Kev Parkes of Highley near Bridgnorth, aged 47 years.
The beloved Partner and best Friend of Jane, loving Father of Daniel, Callum and Isabel and a very dear Son, Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.
Much loved Kev will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Friday, August 14, at 12 noon.
No flowers by request please but donations which are to be divided between The Severn Hospice at Telford and The University Hospital, Birmingham Charities are being gratefully received for which purpose a collectionbox will be provided at the Crematorium.
