Krista, the world will be a darker place without your bright light in it anymore.

My deepest condolences to Krista´s parents and sister, and to all her family relatives and friends. And also to my daughter, Halle Wendel, who lost who best friend. They were like sisters in both their living activities and the sharing relationships of their beloved pets.
May the Good Lord bless and keep her in peace for all eternity.

One of my best friends, a soul sister, who always had the perfect counsel, wisdom, humor, cup of tea or a glass of wine. She was my first friend when I moved to Arlington in 2015, and we had lunch together two weeks before she died. I am forever grateful to the friend that she was, and will always be in my heart. She will never be forgotten, and I long to see her again one day. The hope that is in me is for all eternity together. A friend is a friend forever. Rest in peace, my dear Krista. Until we meet again. Even my shih tzu Casey loved his Krista, who also adored him. We miss her so.

The memories of walking Josie, discussing condo drama and work force challenges with your sense of humor will always be remebered. RIP.

My memories of working with Krista at L’Enfant Plaza are very good. She was a very strong and smart lady who had a very kind spirit. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.
