We were so blessed to have had Kristin live with us (in our guest loft by the ocean) for 7 months last year before she bought her house. Even though we only knew her for a year - she touched us. She had a light. A kindness that is rare. Our hearts break for you. We hope Charley will be okay.

Dear Kristin, from your passing, I have learned this: When a divine being of light leaves our physical world, all those whom she loved and who loved her radiate their love to each other and soon, a wide net of love encircles thousands and thousands of people. Or was that network always there and only through your far-too-soon passing do we see it? Your light and your capacity to love and bring union is great. This is your gift to the world. And I know, from the many, many heartfelt tributes that have been pouring in to honour your sweet and generous soul, that all of us who have been touched by the loss of you, whether we knew you intimitely or from afar, will, in our own way, make your passing count. The lessons of who you were and the unity you wished to achieve will remain alive within a broad network of people who loved and knew you. And if even one butterfly's wings can affect shifts at the farthest side of our globe, then it is true that your love and your light shifted the entire world and we are forever blessed. God bless your beautiful soul. And thank you.

Kristin had a beautiful way of making those around her feel like the most important people in the world. She had a light within her that brought everyone out of the shadows. She and I met years ago at Winnies. We shared many laughs and had countless meaningful conversations.
She introduced me to Bikram and years later I even did a workstudy at Walker. She would often drag me into the studio the morning after a night out or in the evening after day on the terrace, I only managed to make it through those classes because she was always beside me kicking serious sweaty butt. She was a constant inspiration.
Kristin was a woman with a powerful spirit and a beautiful heart. She had a major impact on my life and I will always remember her dearly. My deepest condolences to her family.
