In memory of
Christina Gilbert
March 14, 2005
I would just like to let the Guest family know that my prayers and thoughts are with them. I worked with Kristine and Nathan at Foodmart. Unfortunatly, I did not know Kristine that well--but whatever contact I had with her she was so sweet and always had a beautiful smile on her face. And to Nathan-stay strong. You are such a great person and remember that she still lives on in all of you.

Kristine was always a good listener. i would often times venture over to MV on campus to see Kristine and Amanda. I have this problem where i just don't stop talking ever but Kristine would honestly listen to every word anyway. She called me out on all my weird phrases that i never even realized i said every five seconds in conversation until she called me out on it. I remember on the long trip to the adirondacks, we were in the back seat together, and we talked about so many random things and got to know each other better than we had all year. It is a great memory i will always cherish...and i will always finish the majority of my sentense with 'no lie' since she seemed to get such a kick out of it everytime that phrase popped up in which ever story i was telling at the time.
Kristine you're always in my thoughts, Love MJ

to the guest family,
i wish you comfort in knowing that your daughter is in heaven watching over you now. my son ryan also went to quinnipiac university and went to heaven march 22, 2004. i know the pain that you feel and someday time will heal somewhat but i found a great support from my sons friends and how they keep his memory alive.
i extend to you my son's favorite of all time to his friends and family and that is a great bear hug. may your time of sorrow be short and know that kristine is well in heaven. i have asked my son to greet her and walk together beside the both of us to yield some comfort.
God bless all of you and give you peace .

Though her life was cut short she did so much for so many people. No one could possible forget what an amazing friend she was to us...the chillies crew... no matter what happened to us as whole we were the best of friends. You helped me relize that there is so much more to life then just books. Thank you.

My 'Original Roomie' I will never forget move-in day at Simmons. We quickly adopted eachother as family members away from home. I remember us and our parents eating in Bartol for the first time, and amazingly enough thinking it wasn't that bad! You introduced me to all of my current friends at Simmons and you are certainly one of the most genuinely kind people I have ever met. You are forever loved and sorely missed by all that knew you, "Krissy". Thanks for some of the best memories of my life thus far. You will always be in our hearts and prayers. Eternal Peace.

There are so many wonderful things I remember when I think about my memories knowing "Krissy". She was such a beautiful girl, both inside and out. I never had many friends before I came to college, and it meant more to me than anything else to know that Krissy cared so much about me. She loved all of her friends and made sure she expressed that. I am so grateful to have known her and gotten to spend time being one of her best friends. She will always have a big place in my heart and I have faith that I will see her again someday. I love you and miss you more than anything Krissy. I look up to the sky and think of you watching over all of us.

To the Guest Family,
My thoughts and prayers are all with you. Even though Kristine was at Simmons for a year, I couldn't imagine my life at Simmons and Boston without her beautiful smile. She made everyday here joyous; it was full of laughter, smiles and jokes of all sorts. She made such an impact on our lives here, more than you'll ever know. When she smiled, the world smiled back. She's watching over us, making sure that we'll be okay every step of the way.
Krissy--you're an amazing person. Sweet, smart, sincere in every way. I wouldn't have survived accounting without you. I love you. I miss you. You are forever a friend in my heart. I know you're watching all of us...I know it.

To Kristine's family and friends;
I do not know any of you. I came across Kristine's obituary at work this morning and had to hide my tears. My heart aches for you. Find comfort in knowing that not a day will pass that your beloved Kristine will not be with you. Look for her presence during the day and be aware of her in your dreams at night. She will be there. Appreciate what she was sent here to teach you. At the end of your journy's here on Earth, she will be there to greet you, smiling. The love you share will never and could never separate you.

To the Guest Family,
I was so shocked about the death of Kristine Guest. Kristine was a friend of mine at Waldbaums food market. I worked with Kristine at Waldbaums food market and she was the best cashier and I was her bagger. I cannot believe that she is gone. The Guest Family must think about the good moments you had with Kristine, that is the most important thing right now to get through this hard time. I would like to add a special thought to the memory of Kristine Guest.
Kristine I will always remember
Your smile, your beautiful voice Your Kindness to the customers,
you were a Shining star. So on behalf of Waldbaums We will miss you dearly.

I remember first meeting Kristine... We had a legal studies class together last Spring. It was a tough class at times and she made it bareable. When I transferred into another section of the class, I knew it just wouldn't be the same without her. We kept in touch though, and even recently, at a yoga class, talked about different classes we had taken and how they were. She was the type of person to always give you a smile and a hi when passing, and I'll never forget that.
My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family and all of Kristine's friends at this difficult time.
With deepest sympathy,

Kristine was my best friend at Quinnipiac. I met her last year when we both transferred to qu. I'll never forget we were going to an orientation meeting. She told me to meet her under the light by the tree. Needless to say, there seemed to be a million lightposts near trees. Since then, we have been inseperable at qu. The best friendship memories I have had, come from being with her. She made my transfer to qu, the best experience ever. Kristine truly showed me the meaning of a true friendship and has forever changed my life.
I love you and miss you so much it hurts. You have left the biggest mark on my heart, and I thank you for all the times that we did share, and I will never forget you. Watch over your family, friends and lancey.

Kristine was my best friend at Quinnipiac. I met her last year when we transferred together. Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Steve, Ellen, Nathan and Julie:
A few weeks ago, I was driving home from the store and passed Julie, Kristine and their mom walking the dog. I waved, but wasn't sure if any of them saw me. I was struck at the time by the sight of the three Guest women linked arm in arm, walking down the street and remember thinking to myself, "What a close family they are." May the love you have for each other be a source of comfort during this unthinkably difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
