Dear Gilmore Family
Sorry to hear of Kurt's passing. We knew Kurt during his time at WSU. I roomed and worked with Kurt at the Beef Production barn and we became close friends but lost touch after a few years. I often think of the great times we shared at that time of our lives when we thought we knew it all. How fast time passes. Our thoughts are with all of you. Great guy!

Maxine and family,
I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Kurt. He was such a wonderful man to our family and I will personally always remember his great voice and presence. I was so happy I got to see him this summer at my children's BMX races. It was so nice of him to take time and come watch. Please know that my family is thinking of all of you and send our love.

Sorry to hear about the loss of Kurt. My fondest memories of Kurt are the fishing stories he told and the pictures he showed me of how much he loved his last fishing trip - he was so proud of the fish he caught :-)and the time he was able to spend with his family. His annual Christmas letter was the best!!! Kurt will be sadly missed but fondly remember by many people. My condolences to Maxine and the entire family.
