In Loving Memory of Kurt E. Kelvington
Kurt Edward Kelvington, age 50, of Wakefield, NH, passed away on April 11, 2023 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, after a lingering illness.
He was born on August 11, 1972 in Nashua, NH and grew up in Strafford, NH.
Survived by his parents: Edward & PokCha Kelvington, his beloved brother: Karl & sister in law Hayley Kelvington, his nephew Jordan Kelvington, his niece Lia Kelvington, his grandfather James Higginbotham, his grandmother Pat Kelvington, also beloved aunts, uncles and many cousins.
In his younger days, he loved sports and participated in many with the Special Olympic Games.
Kurt was a loving person, very generous and kind to strangers. He loved the Lord Jesus and loved to sing hymns.
During his last month, he was so lovingly cared for by nursing staff and doctors at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, his family would like to sincerely thank them, including Hospice for their excellent care and loving support for Kurt.
There will be no formal services, a service will be at a future date at NH State Veteran’s Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Dover, NH or Cornerstone VNA/Hospice, Rochester, NH.

I wish to send Kurt a big hug. I enjoyed being with Kurt and his parents. Pok Cha and Butch. They were a very devoted parents and were always there for him. My heart is so heavy for the family's loss. Kurt will always have that great big smile on his face. God bless . Carol

Kurt was a school mate and good friend. We were on the Alley Kats team in Special Olympics. Kurt will be missed so much by his friends. We know Kurt is now free from pain and happy again. Love Rebecca

kurt was such a wonderful happy young man. He always had the biggest smile on his face when we walked into the room. He will be truly missed by all of us at Wentworth Douglass Hospital.

Butch, PokCha and Karl. I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss of our dear Kurt. Growing up, he was such a great friend to me always happy and offering hugs. He is now with the Lord watching over us and no longer suffering. I pray for you guys in your days of grief. Love, hugs and prayers to you all.
