Chicken! Kyle and I were in gym class together at Alta Sierra and I nicknamed him chicken because of his ridiculously skinny legs. We lost touch after high school but ran into each other on a few occasions. Chicken was always unapologetically himself and I really wish I had made a better effort to keep in touch. Rest in power buddy.

Although my memories of Kyle are over two decades old and go back to when we were both students at Fresno City College, I treasure how easily it was for him to befriend strangers, to go on new adventures, to try on the weird clothes at the different thrift stores we frequented, to cart his driver's license-less friends to different locales around town... It is my misfortune to not have met with him for one last thrift store run or one last meal at a niche mall food court. His affable, easy-going nature, and silly humor will be greatly missed! My condolences...
