Kyle Brown Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 13, 2005.
Kyle Curtis Brown ROY - Kyle Curtis Brown played his last baseball game on Sunday, July 10, 2005. He was born to his proud parents, Curtis and Nannette Brown, on April 2, 1990. Kyle was a very bright and beautiful spirit that is shining with his Heavenly Father. He served in the Teachers Quorum in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Springbrook Ward. He worked hard this past year to bring his grades up and make his parents proud. Kyle was a big brother to all the smaller kids in the neighborhood and loved to organize games to play with them. They all looked up to him and loved him. God called Kyle up to help with the children in Heaven. He had an enormous heart and would go out of his way to make people feel loved. His love of baseball and playing second base were his greatest joys. His other interests were basketball, track, bowling with his buddies, snowmobiling and four-wheeling. He also received his first-degree black belt. Kyle was a very hard worker, working with his dad and constantly lending a hand to help neighbors and friends. He always knew what to say to make you laugh and gave the best bear hugs. When God asked, "Who will lead this family to salvation?" Kyle stood and answered, "I will." Kyle is survived by his loving and proud parents; his big sister, Nicole, Little Bug; his best friend and little brother, Kayd; his grandparents, Leon and Barbara Brown, and Phil and JoAnn Bailey; great-grandpa, William West; many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends and teammates. He was preceded to his Heavenly Father by his Great-Grandma Angelina West, uncle, Gary Young and cousin, Brandy Bailey, who are showing him the infield. I'll miss you my best friend and riding buddy. We would like to thank our friends and neighbors for their love and support. We love you Kyle and will cherish the time when we will see you again. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 15th at 10:00 a.m. at Lindquist's Roy Mortuary, 333 3 West 5600 South, with Bishop Rick Moore officiating. Friends and family may call at the mortuary Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Interment, Roy City Cemetery. Email condolences to the family at [email protected]
