Lakita Spears

I have known Lakita for only about six short months, but in that time I came to realize what a very special person she was. I will miss that sweet little face, her cute smile and that wonderful laugh. I lost my mother-in-law two weeks before Lakita and I prayed to her to keep Lakita and her beautiful little baby girl safe with her. They are togeather walking in heaven and happier than they would ever be here on earth. My heart goes out to her family, I pray for the hurt to heal. God bless you all.

I was just thinking of Lakita the other day. I recently moved to Shreveport, LA and found a picture, 2 actually, of me and her from highschool. One was from the race track when we went there and one from her spending the night and camping with me over the summer. I wish we had gotten to talk more since highschool. She was always one of my best friends along with being my cousin. I know she will be missed by everyone that knew her and I wish I could have been there to come by. I'll keep you all in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Lakita and Ashlyn's passing. I have gone to school with Lakita since elementary school, and i went to school with her at National as well. I was in class with her on Thursday, and it's hard to believe that she passed such a very short time after we left here. It absolutely breaks my heart to know that such a loving and nurturing person is no longer here with us. But just remember, God needed them more than we did. I am so sorry for your loss. Lakita was a wondeful young woman and will be missed by all that new her.

Lettie, George and family, I am so sorry to hear about Lakita. I worked with her at King for a few months. Your whole family is in my prayers. Put your trust in Jesus , he will help you thru all of this.

Dear Spears family and Eddie,
I am so sorry for the loss of Lakita and her precious baby. Lakita went to school with my daughter from kindergarten thru high school. She was a sweet girl. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Lean on our Heavenly Father and He will see you through.

I am praying for for all of you during this very hard time. Just rememeber to trust in God he knows the big picture just trust and lean on him.
