The world is a poorer place without Laleh. I met her when she first came to Atlanta; she was a vibrant, lovely young woman, and I regret having seen so little of her.
With deepest sympathy to her family and friends,

Laleh was example of courage and hope, she loved living she won many wars with cancer, but lost the battle. She never complained never gave up, she lived her life smiling , never a sad expression on her face. So in that regard she won the battle as well. Our prayer for Abbass, Dara, her brothers and friends. May we all go through this sad event m with the same strength as her,s.
