Lana Marie Plaisted, 65, of Tacoma, Washington, passed away on August 8, 2025. She was born on October 23, 1959, in Vancouver, Washington, to MaryAnn Winans and Quinton Dallum.
Lana will be remembered for her kindness and the love she shared with her family. She is survived by her daughters, Amanda and Amber, and her beloved grandsons, Mason, Maxwell, and Miles.

I am so sorry to read of Lana's passing. She was the best friend to my aunt Agnes for years, up until my aunt's death in 2019. I spent quite a bit of time with Lana and she was always so upbeat and generous. My utmost sympathy for your loss. Candy Wells

My heart is heavy learning our Lana is gone. She is one of the kindest people I had the privilege to know.
Lana traveled to be with me in person, knowing I would be devastated; to tell me that our mutual friend Sue Kelly had suddenly died. She even sweetly agreed to be my "surrogate Sue", helping me with the grief we were all experiencing.
Lana was so thoughtful and caring; devoting her time to learn about what's going on in my life. She generously supported my well being by her genuine empathy.
She was so proud of her beautiful daughters Amanda and Amber, beaming as she showed me photos of their latest get-togethers. I'm sorry for your tragic loss. She loved you so much.
