LARRY DANKO Obituary
Age 74, of Mt. Lebanon, unexpectedly, on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Beloved husband and best friend for 52 years of Marion Danko; loving father of Larry A. Danko and Shannan (Ed) Rederer; brother of Richard Danko and Linda Thompson; cherished Poppy of Edward, Ruby and Olivia Rederer; stepson of Wayne Astolas; brother-in-law of Chuck (Joyce) Chabanik; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Larry worked for Streams Elementary in Upper St. Clair for the past 12 years. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends welcome at 2630 West Liberty Ave., Dormont, 412-531-4000 Monday 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. where a service will be held Tuesday 11:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Just heard today that Larry passed away. My heart sank. My prayers to the entire Danko family on your loss. I work at the Streams Elementary after school program. I got to know Larry and had many wonderful conversations with him. I know how dedicated he was to his family and especially to his wife, after her illness. I will miss seeing Larry when I return to Streams in August. I remember telling Larry how much I missed my dad. Now Larry can meet my dad in heaven.

My deepest sympathy to the Danko family. Larry was the best co- worker that I ever worked with. He loved his family, enjoyed the children that attended Streams Elementary , and enjoyed talking to the staff at Streams. Larry R.I.P. He was the kindest man you'd ever want to meet. God bless
