Nobody had a better attorney, counselor or friend.

Larry was not only a client of mine, but he was a friend. He was truly one of the finest people I have ever known and when I had the opportunities to be around him he always made me feel better and I always left thinking I needed to try harder to be a better person. He was very inspiring to me and I feel certain that the times I was able to talk with him have been instrumental in making me strive to be a better person. He will be greatly missed by myself and many many people. My thoughts and prayers are with Gale, his children and grandchildren.

Too bad God broke the mold for this man. He was about as good as they come.

To Gail and family,
My heart was deeply saddened to hear of Larry's passing and yet I was inspired by the positive change and encouragement he brought to so many. My thoughts are with you all and I pray that you may find some measure of comfort by holding onto the hope that we may yet see our loved one again. He 11:1, 40

AG Derryberry was an Oklahoma treasure - much like his mentor, Leonard A. "King" Solomon. Sol was my mentor too and I know he thought the world of and was so proud of Larry. My deepest condolences to his family and to the state that has lost another of the great ones.

Dearest loves of Larry, You need to know how much I loved Larry. He was so kind to call when my dad, Earl Herron, was so ill. He would just call to touch base and tell me how much daddy meant to him. My mom will miss him so as will all of us who loved him. My very best wishes to you as you deal this loss. Love, June Herron BGolton

My heartfelt sympathies go out to family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise found in 1 Thessalonians 4 : 14 can bring some comfort. Knowing that there is a future for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
