Larry Joseph Janik

JANIK, Larry Joseph 48 years, passed away suddenly as the result of a plane crash off Pelee Island, Saturday January 17, 2004. Dearly loved husband of Cheryl (Hickmott). Dearly loved father of Kaitlyn and Ian. Dear son of Jerry and Lena Janik, Kingsville and dear son-in-law of Murray and Ruth Hickmott, Kingsville. Dear brother of Dan Janik and wife Toni, Windsor; Jerry Janik and wife Roberta, Missouri; David Janik and wife Sylvie, Kingsville and Julie Gilroy and husband Daryl, Goderich. Dear brother-in-law of Jan Hickmott and wife Nina, Kingsville. Dear godson of Helen Mazur, Leamington. Dear uncle of Lisa Janik, Douglas Janik, Jerry Janik Jr., Mitchell Janik, Colton Hickmott, Hayley Hickmott, Kari Janik and Chantel Janik. Larry was the owner of Janik Refrigeration in Leamington. He will be greatly missed by his best friend, his dog, Buddy and by his many wonderful friends and relatives. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home 14 Russell Street Leamington (326-2631) on Thursday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church, Sherk Street, Leamington on Friday February 6, 2004 at 10 a.m. (everyone please meet at the church). Interment Greenhill Cemetery, Kingsville. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Kaitlyn and Ian Janik. These donations will be placed in their RESP Fund.
