Grandpa,
I think of you and miss you everyday. I will always remember watching Tom and Jerry while your brushed my hair and gave me cheese and crackers to snack on and the golf cart rides and long drives. All of the games of Rummikub in the basement- you always had time for another. I was so blessed to be your Grandaughter. I know you are watching over us and are no longer in pain. Dad,
I´m so grateful that our children had you for a grandpa. Both Jess and Lars loved visiting and the many times you visited us in the states. You were there for every birthday and holiday until your health would not allow it. Grandpa Larry always made sure there was more than enough yummy foods on hand and any of our favorites. Believe me that never went unnoticed! I´m so thankful that Larry, Jess and Lars were able to be at your side in your last hours before passing. You had to know they did everything they could to make in time for their last goodbyes. I wish I could have visited, as well, but I know you realize I was there in spirit and was praying for a peaceful passing from the constant pain you battled. We all think of you daily and each holiday we will remember the times you shared our laughter and antics. Rest in peace.

Since I can remember we have always shared such a close bond. We didn´t have to see each other all the time or speak every week or month but we both knew
how we felt about each other.
I will miss you terribly but know you are in a better place. Rest in Peace my special brother.
