Larry Wah Lau
With loved ones by his side, Larry peacefully passed away on May 9, 2012 at Royal University Hospital. Survived by his loving wife Maple; children, Jacky (Monica), Patrick (Nancy), Felix, Anita (Tom) Mack, and grandson Sherman (Janette); granddaughter Carly and great granddaughters Helia and Hester. Larry will be missed by his brothers Lau Cheung Kwai, Lau Cheung Chung; sister Lau Ngan Yee; and many nieces and nephews. Larry was predeceased by his parents Lau Tsz Nam and Ng Poh Siu, and brother Lau Cheung Foo. Larry stayed very active and enjoyed building and fixing things around the home and helping friends and neighbors. He was full of energy and could not sit still long. He spent many happy hours helping Maple with their large vegetable garden. He especially enjoyed meeting friends for coffee and other social activities. He loved his family and was always concerned with their happiness and future. Visitation with friends and family at Saskatoon Funeral Home will be on Monday, May 14 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 1:00 p.m., Saskatoon Funeral Home, 338 Fourth Ave. North, officiated by Pastor Low. Interment at the Chinese section of Woodlawn Cemetery.
