We were completely shocked to hear of Larry's death. Larry and i were one time best friends where i grew up in Bristol, Tn. We lost track during our military years, but were reunited when my family would go back to Bristol on vacations when Larry, Marlene, & Shannon lived in Bristol area. We wish to extend our condolences to the family. Signed by: Danny & Shirley Holt and family Temple, Texas

I enjoyed working with Larry for many years and his calm demeanor always was a breath of fresh air all those days and nights we spent on the flightline together. I talked with him recently after not seeing him for a couple of years and he had gotten the new job at maintenance control which he loved. My thoughts after seeing his passing was of his strong faith and he also talked of his family almost every time i saw him. He was truly a very good soul that i will miss and think of often.

Gloria and Amy stay strong for your guardian angel is watching over you. Keep the faith and walk in heaven with him. We all have to remember that God knows best.

To Larry's family I send my deepest sympathy. I am Larry's cousin. Moved to Pennsylvania in the late 60's and lost touch. I remember spending a lot of fun times with Larry when we were growing up. I remember the rides in his dad's Hillman when Larry first got his driving license. Larry will be missed but never forgotten.

Larry was one of the most congenial people I knew. He always had a smile on his face, no matter what. I could say a thousand good things about Larry, and still leave out the essence of his being. A truly kind and special man has been lost, and will be missed. Just another reminder to be thankful for the ones you have, and appreciate every moment; Larry did that.
