Larry Morris

Larry Morris was born on December 19, 1957, in Pittsburgh, PA where he was raised, and passed away on June 16, 2024, in Tampa, FL where he resided for many years after making Florida his permanent residence.

Larry was an avid car collector and enthusiast. He owned three Pontiac Grand Prix cars among countless other vehicles and was a frequent and successful participant in car shows around the Southeast. His love for cars was not just a hobby but a significant part of his identity, always ensuring he had at least one impressive car in his collection.

Larry worked in the electrical engineering and CAD design field for many years, as well as many other design & drafting related fields during his extensive career.

Larry is survived by his wife, Terri Morris; son and daughter-in-law, Tim & Leatha Morris; brother and sister-in-law, Harvey Morris & Barb Darkangelo; and sister and brother-in-law, Risa & Andrew Kellerman; and many close cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton (Moishe) Morris and Pauline (Forkosh) Morris, and several beloved aunts & uncles, including his father's brothers Mott (Marvin), Noir (Norman), Itzy (Harry), and Yunkle (Jack) Morris (AKA the Fab 5).

A celebration of life for Larry is being planned for close friends and family in the near future. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory. His legacy of enthusiasm, dedication, and love will be remembered by all who knew him.
