Larry Venson Neff, 70, passed away on February 14, 2026, in Parkville, Maryland. Born on September 20, 1955, Larry dedicated five years of his life to the U.S. Army, including service in Korea, before embarking on a 25-year career with General Motors, from which he retired.
Larry is remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and husband. His life was marked by the joy he found in coaching baseball, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens with friends and family as a proud PSL owner, and his love for horse racing.
He leaves behind his son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Jordan Neff; his daughter, Stacey Seyler, and her partner, Ben Austin; his grandchildren, Sophie, Cameron, Julia, and Bryson; and his siblings, Denver Neff, Linda Lucas, and Joyce Geisler.
Larry was preceded in death by his loving wife, Elizabeth and his siblings, Dennis Neff and Vicky Stuckey.
