Tom, I am sorry to hear about your Dad. We meet in the service but spent more time on line writing back and forth . I wish I had gotten to spend time with Him , I always loved Washington State . I was hopping to get out that way and see him. He was a wonderful guy and has a heart of gold. He was very proud of You.I am sorry for your loss . He's in a-good place.God Bless Him. Ben Johnson

Larry was a wonderful friend, I am sure we meet each other in passing at the Base when we were stationed at C battery 4th Bn 44 th Artillery in South Korea. We latter meet on Line with a group of other guys that were also stationed there. Larry and I also wrote each other separately .We talked about family and friends. He had a heart of gold and He had a great sense of humor. I will miss our talks. My heart goes out to his close friends Allen and Larry's Son . May He rest in peace . He's in the land he loved . What I will always remember about my dad was that he was always there for me and willing to offer advice. I miss him and think of him every day.

Larry and I would often go to the sound when we lived in Everett and walk the beaches to relax and see what had washed on shore

Papa Larry was a very special person to me and my family. He was there when my dad needed a friend the most. He was like another father to me and a grandfather to my kids. He was always one of my biggest supporters and I was blessed to be with him as he took his final breaths here on earth. We will always Love you papa Larry and you have left behind a hole that will never be able to be filled. Until we meet again in Heaven. We love you!!

My first memory of Larry was on the transit system in the Tri-Cities, WA. This casual meeting would turn out to be a lifelong friendship.
Larry spent many years in the security field. Much of which was at
the Hanford site in Richland WA.
Where ever we lived he enjoyed exploring the area and dining out at various restaurants. He has many friends including his Army buddies through out the U.S. He will be greatly missed but his pain on earth has ended and his exploration of heaven has only begun.

My very Dear Uncle that I loved so very much.. although we were very distant in miles, my love for my uncle was always there! My memory will always be when my mother, my uncles only sister had me in the hospital and one of the nurses mentioned that I looked just like my father, who was the only man who came to see me and his sister when I was born.. REST my dear uncle, you are now in the presence of the lord!

Larry and Allan took the train to New York and stayed with us for two weeks. They enjoyed spending time with Allan´s family and exploring many sites in northern NY. Larry always had a smile and enjoyed telling stories of their many adventures. We know Larry is with his Lord and Savior...he will be greatly missed!!
