Larry you were one heck of a Dad that always stood by your son Brandon. I was an honor knowing you for the short time that I knew you. May the Lord rejoice in having you in heaven with him. Love Eddie Suarez and Family

Who was and will always be Grandpa Larry?
Well... grandpa was the one who would teach you things you didn´t even know he knew. He was a treasure box that contained so much knowledge, knowledge that you wouldn´t think one brain could contain. I have many memories but if I were to choose a few, I´d share the times we went on walks at the park, and we´d talk the whole way. We talked about school and the future. He´d also bring rackets to play tennis, using a wall to practice. (which I knew nothing about, until he taught me a bit). Those mornings are forever engraved in my heart. The man who taught me how to swim and sat in a chair timing how long it took me to swim from one side of the pool to the other. The man who always had a joke at the right time and a willingness to help those around him. The grandpa that gifted me for Christmas my driver´s license classes and encouraged me to do it (since I was very nervous about it.) I am grateful for the quality time God allowed us to share... How great is to have been able to know an incredible human being named Larry Rodammer, but what a Blessing was it to call him grandpa! May God grant every loved one strength and peace during this difficult time. God Bless you all!

When he first taught me to drive. I was 10. He sat me in his lap and gave me the steering wheel. Told me the correct way to stop and how to actually be a better driver than I ever learned in Drivers ed.

Remember Larry when we were both flying out of the Delta Miami base in the 70's. He was kind enough to take me and my two young son's sailing in his sailboat. My sympathy to his beautiful family.
