I just found out about Larry´s death and it is with great sadness that I write this. I attended Chula Vista High School with him, shared some classes and danced to his great band music. We remained close friends all these years sharing the joys, sadness of life´s journey and our Christian faith. I also met his lovely wife Karen whom he loved deeply. I loved him like a brother and will miss him dearly! He was an amazing and talented man and a gift to this world! Compassionate and caring , he lived a life of service and dedication for others as well as his deep love for his children. He will never be gone in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him

The first time I met Larry was when I came to the Martino Road house to visit Traci, who was sick recovering from pneumonia. He and Kaaren welcomed me in and said, "we've heard so much about you". Both were so kind from the get go.
