I met Larry in grade school in 1953. Over the years we had many experiences, but I'll just mention one. It was in 1961 Larry and I were living at the Red B Ranch in Wichita. I would help larry exercise race horses on the weekends. One weekend we had 2 horses to work out of the gates. When the gates opened we left there very fast. We got down the track thirty yards my horse stopped. I went over his head and took the bridle with me. I was sitting in the middle of the racetrack and Larry came back and asked, " What are you doing sitting in the middle of the track?" I said, "My horse stopped and I took the bridle with me!" Larry said, "Yeah, I forgot to tell ya, He does that once in awhile." And started laughing.....For a Brother and True Friend, Al Plummer

June Plummer Ford, The biggest memory of Larry, that I cherish is letting me ride his horse, Zach, at the High School rodeo to rope off of, in 1961. Larry had a great, mischievous smile that made you smile and wonder what the "heck" was coming next.

Larry was my Dads best friend for over 50 years! He in turn became my dear friend as I matured! I came to love him as family along with the rest of his family and will miss his smile and humor. Hope to be able to place him at rest with his buddy Joe White at some point in the future! Love to the family from Cut and Shoot Texas

I first met Larry when he was on his golf cart, buzzing around Desert Hills, helping neighbors. He had an infectious laugh and smile. I am so honored to have known him!
