I was a client. One day I said "I have a problem". "I come here and give you money". His reply? "Come to work for me". I did and he started my Veterinary career. I´ll always be thankful for the start of my happy career with the "critters". Thanks doc

I worked for Dr Winters for 4 years. I became his office manager. He took care of my many dogs and he inspired me to open my own hospital, which I did. He was a very talented and kind person

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

He took care of many of my black poodles with such tenderness and compassion. He was one of a kind and will be deeply missed.

Can't begin to think of how many of my pets he took care of. Such a great guy. My prayers are with the family.

Dr. Winters took care of so many of my beloved pets through the years. He did it in such a loving way. He will be missed. Enjoy your continuing travels friend!

Dr. Winters was such a kind and compassionate veterinarian whose love for his patients was felt as soon as he walked into the room...RIP and we all feel better now knowing you will be taking care of them again...

Within a week of our moving to VA he repaired Dory's 1st ACL and within a year her second. He saved Dana from a lifetime of grand mal seizures, and he was so gentle with our Chessie Lucky. An extraordinary vet and man, gone too soon.
