Larry Wooldridge "Woody"
Larry Wooldridge passed away peacefully on February 14, 2023, in McLean, VA. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA in March 1939 to parents Frank and Helen.
A graduate of Penn State, Woody had an active career in the Marine Corps for more than 20 years, serving various missions in Vietnam with fighter squadrons and ground Korean Marines; as well as management positions with MC Headquarters in Arlington, VA. After retiring from the Marines, he held various engineering career positions with Sperry/Unisys Corp. and was a successful real estate agent.
Woody was predeceased by both his parents, two brothers, his foster father Willard, and his son, Steven. He is survived by his first wife, Patricia; four children; current wife, Carmen; loving members of his foster family including foster mother Betty and six foster siblings; and 11 grandchildren.
Memorial services will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 4 at Money & King Funeral Home, 171 Maple Ave. W, Vienna, VA 22180.
