I knew Laura as a friend online. She was a kind person who listened wonderfully to others struggling and provided support to people who were going through a difficult time.

My big sister,
Words can't express how devastating this news is. Anyone who has had the privilege of knowing you knows how you could light up a room and how kind and caring you always were. I fondly think of my childhood memories with you, especially our time on Baby Grand and the nights you babysat us. I hope you know how much you were loved and how terribly missed you will be. You were the oldest of us and the one we looked up to the most. We will all cherish the memories we have with you. Love you always!

Our Dear Laura Beth,
You made our family brighter with your smile. You laughed and giggled with a sparkle in your eyes. With an abundance of love you greeted the world. I'm grateful for our last visit on the phone Mother's Day, and also in person getting to meet your fiance, Jim. It was wonderful to see you so happy. You will always be in our hearts. Love, Mommy Linda

My dearest sister, words cannot describe how devastated I´ve been since I was told you were gone. My whole world changed that day and cannot believe you´re not here anymore. I can´t stop tearing up thinking about you and our childhood together. You were not only my older sister but my best friend who introduced me to so many things in life like my first CD, I´ll never forget when and where we were when you gave me that album and what you said. That moment basically changed my life for the better, and so many other little instances like that, especially on Baby Grand, where an older sister helped a little brother become the person he is today, albeit a little cooler because of you too. You left us way too soon, I love you so much and so does your loving sister in law Laura and your loving nephew Marlin. We all send you everlasting love by and give you eternal hugs from all of us. Until we meet again big sis.

I shared 45 years of life with my darling daughter. I watched her jump for joy and cry in pain. She loved to laugh and she loved her family. When she was happy, her face beamed with joy. Her illnesses were hard to bear, but she would walk away and endure alone. She called me "Mumsy." She was a blessing to my life and I cannot describe in words how her absence affects me. I pray those in the afterlife who know her and love her have welcomed her with open arms. I will see you again my sweet girl.

I met Laura in the early 2000's when I worked with her husband at the time, Jim Bennett. She was so sweet and I loved her sense of humor; I think that's why we connected so much as friends. She was always there when I needed a friend to talk to; and she always could expect the same from me. I had talked to her just a couple of days before her passing and she was so positive of her recovery. When I heard of her passing; my heart has suffered a true loss. I love and will miss you my dear friend.

RIP Laura. I knew you through Grief Anonymous meetings and FB. It was very nice to have met you even if through social media. Prayers for peace and condolences to your family.

My very first best friend. My ride or die. I can never listen to our anthem again without crying. My sister. I love you so much and I will miss you forever. I still can't believe it. It's just a dream that I can't wake up from.
