Marion Droppo

As a tenant at the Beachcroft Seniors' Residence with Marion Droppo, I got to know her and appreciate her friendliness and sense of humour. Later, when my husband, Gordon, and she were in the extended care section of the Winchester District Memorial Hospital, she would make daily trips to have a cheery word with me and Gordon. I appreciated her doing this and know it wasn't easy. I will remember Marion for this kindness. Doris Ennis

I give condolences to everyone who had a chance to be graced by Laura’s presence. She was quick to come back with a witty comment and could always laugh at herself. She will be greatly missed at camp fires all around Bishop Lake, but she will never be forgotten. To Weirdo; Keep your chin up and never forget the beautiful woman you allowed us all to get to know. I love both of you so much. I’ll miss Laura, the woman I can be proud to call a Summer Mother.

Laura was a Great Mentor and a Great Friend. She was always willing to help anyone that asked for it. You will be greatly missed by all you have touched.
Although you are gone for all to talk and touch, and that everyone is hurting because of this emptiness and void, You are now in a much peaceful and healthy place.
I know that you will be looking down on your Husband, Family and Friends and helping them out from up above just the same as if you were here with us.

This Lady was a walking sourse of love and compasion to all that knew her. She would fight for the weak and stand strong for what she believed. There was never a moutain to high or a sea to strong to stop her.
Knowing this about her,We know that she has left behind so much love and her spirt she will never die. She will live on in all the childern she cared for each day and friends she would console and family she loved so dearly.

Laura was a treasured member of the Stock family and will be missed by her fellow drivers, school personnel and the many families she interacted with on a daily basis.
The loss of someone at such a young age is so difficult to come to terms with.
