Laura Anne Sullivan LaPlante

Laura's legacy will live on through all of the uplifting memories she gave to her friends and family and through the amazing strength of the LaPlantes. I am so sorry for this tragic and senseless loss, yet your Heavenly Father grieves with you as he knows only all too well what it is to have a child taken in such a terrible way. This was not His Plan. The World is not His. Yet, He Promises that you will be with Laura again in a Paradise where every one of your desires will be fulfilled. "The Lord God is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:17. I will pray for the Laplante family forever, that they may have Hope in Eternity. Laura was a beautiful young lady who touched the hearts of so many. Her passing is such a great loss to the world. I will always remember her as a gift to us all for the brief time she was here. God bless you all.

I am heart broken to hear of Laura's passing. She was a wonderful young woman who will be so missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. I'll always remember the few years when we both ran the Run for the Honey 5K in Hancock. Being around the same age I attempted to stay close to her to ensure a mug or tee-shirt for the age division categories. She always beat me, but did so in such a gracious way; cheering for me as I crossed the finish line a few minutes after her. The Run for the Honey won't be the same without her. Nor will the world. My thoughts are with the LaPlante family.

Although I did not know your daughter my sincere sympathy! I have a son the Same age that commutes downtown by taxi and cannot imagine the pain if I had lost him so tragically

Robert and I were so sorry to hear of Laura's passing. We are keeping you in our prayers. We feel privileged to have known Laura and know that she will always be remembered fondly by our daughter, Kristen.
