My husband, Bruce Lont, (he died 7/15/24) always liked Tom“s place on the canal leading into Seneca Lake. He was glad "Uncle Tom" found a new woman/wife to enjoy life with.

I knew Laurel when she worked at the Seneca Army Depot. She worked for me in Inventory Management. She was an extremely hard worker and did an exceptional job no matter what task she was asked to do. More than an employee, she was a friend. She was kind, thoughtful and fun to be with. She was always in a good mood and had a smile on her face. After Laurel moved down south, we continued to stay in touch by exchanging Christmas cards. I am shocked and sad to learn of her passing. I will miss her card at Christmas. Laurel was a special person, and I was lucky to call her my friend. She will remain in my heart and in my memories. You, her family, are in my thoughts and prayers as this sad time. I will never forget Laurel and I am lucky to say she was my friend and was a part of my life.
