I will forever remember Lauren as one of the best cadets I had the pleasure of teaching how to fly.

Dearest Lauren,
We miss you so much! We miss your wit, kindness, beauty, and sense of adventure. We know you're flying high and free ~ probably teaching Pop-Pop, Grammy & Pappy how to sky dive!! And you're running with Phinneus again.
We are so lucky to have you for our Guardian Angel.
I would say Rest in Peace, but the word "rest" was never in your vocabulary.

Mr. and Mrs. Hartman, Kelsey, Christen- I just want to express my deepest condolences to you all. It's taken me some time to think of something to say, and even now I still don't have words to express how much I wish I could be there to give you all a giant hug, and how big of a hole in my heart I now have. Even though it has been a long time since we talked, I loved Lauren so much, and I wish I had been better able to stay in touch and continue to be her friend even after I left Reading. I'll never forget how honoured I was when she asked me to be her confirmation sponsor, or how much fun I had when she was showing me how to ride Harry's motorbike, and too many other memories to count. I am thinking of you all so much, and wish you peace and happy memories.

I was a cadet in the Civil Air Patrol program also, and found Lauren to be a quite applied, and hardworking peer. To her family, I am very sorry for her shortened time with a community of friends and relatives that produced a remarkable individual.

I soloed Lauren at the 2008 Powered Flight Encampment in Franklin. She was the cadet commander there. A natural leader and active with CAP ever since. What a terrible loss. I think she was only 26 or 27.

Every time I see the entry in my logbook I will think of her and remember her fondly.

I am so sorry that Lauren is gone. I spent time with her two summers ago. She was whitty, funny and very empathetic. I am filled with gratitude for having known her. The world is a lonelier place with out Lauren. Sending you Love and prayers for healing...

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Lauren's passing. We worked together at Haven and laughed our way through many stressful shifts with Lauren's quirky sense of humor. She was a great nurse and a great person, and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during these difficult days.

So sorry to see a person so young to pass from this earth. she was energetic young person with which we enjoyed her presence up on the mountain she will be missed.

I am heartbroken to hear of Lauren's death. She was such a sweetheart, always willing to help at Hawk with anything that needed to be done. She was so friendly and cheerful that I always looked forward to seeing her. She will be missed terribly.
