Laurence L. Boldt, 66, of Eldersburg Laurence L. Boldt, 66, of Eldersburg, died Monday, May 2, 2011, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Born July 13, 1944, in Ohio, he was the son of Frances Alderson Clybor and the late Louis Lambert Boldt. He was the stepson of the late Chet Clybor. He was the husband of Nancy Boldt, his wife of 37 years. He was a veteran of the Marines. He had been an operations manager at Forms Services. He enjoyed his white German shepherd "Snowball" and mutual funds. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was a World War II history buff. Surviving, in addition to his mother and wife, are children Jodie Kristy, and Kim Boldt-Koroma and husband Mo; grandchildren Michael Stach, Nicholas Kristy, Patrick Kristy, Neils Koroma and Naomi Koroma; and a sister, Diedra Bronson. He was predeceased by brothers Ken and Rick Clybor. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. The funeral service and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Mid-Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue, P.O. Box 353, Mount Airy, MD 21771.
