I was so very sorry to hear this sad news about Laurie. I worked with her at ECS/XL many years ago and remember her as a kind and caring person. She fought such a valiant fight for so many years with a smile on her face and is now finally at peace. We attended the same church and I also remember running into her one weekend in Avalon. May your beautiful memories sustain you through this sad time.

Laurie was such a beautiful person inside and out. Always smiling and laughing, even at work. Her bravery and strong spirit is something I always admired about her. My heart is saddened at the loss of Laurie. I worked with her at XL Insurance for many years. Laurie always had a smile on her face and was a great person to be around. She loved life and fought her illness with grace, dignity and great courage. She will be missed by all who have known her.
