Lauris Eglitis

I was very sad to hear the news that Lauris had passed away! I have know Lauris and his family all of my life, starting with summers spent up in Piesaule! Always smiling we had a friendly relationship! When I moved back to Boston from Taos NM in 1994 Lauris quickly asked me to join thechurch board, where he was a long time member, I´m still there!
Other memories include playing volleyball with him and other Latvian members at The Medowbrook school in Newton every Monday night starting in 1975! We always had fun because we all knew each other so well! Fond memories, I will miss him! Armand

Sorry to hear about Lauris passing away. He was such a nice guy to me amd my family. We´ll miss seeing him up in Piesaule. Best wishes to Gunta and the family.
