I have chosen to write my own obituary. I died from a chronic illness; before I fell asleep in death, I entertained the promise of the resurrection hope to a beautiful paradise earth (Rev. 12:1-5). My hope is to be in paradise alongside my mother (John 5:25-30). The blessings that will flow from the heavens down to the Earth have been a source of joy for me. Until the resurrection of life in paradise occurs, I am, as the bible states "conscious of nothing at all" because "there is no work not devising nor knowledge nor wisdom" when one is dead (Ecc. 9:5,10).

To my sisters Doris and Denise, my brother Melvin, my closest friends Sis. Charles T. Randolph and Bro. Calvin Smith, and an abundance of other relatives; thank you for the many experiences that made my life full. Thank you for the things you have done to help me find joy in spite of my sickness. To all my spiritual brothers and sisters, safely treasure yourselves.
