Dear Family,

I am sorry to hear about Lawanna's death. I am one of her Horman cousin's here in town. We haven't kept in touch all these years, so I was saddened to hear of her passing away. I will always remember her as a special lady. When we were kids I appreciated her always joining us in the living room and visiting with our family. She always made us feel interested in what was new with us. She was kind, loving and gentle. Her smile lit up the room and we knew she was special. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to have her touch our lives. We extend our love to you at this difficult time.

All athe Horman family will remember Lawanna because of her pleasing personality, love for her family and gracious manorisms. She has been a great person and will be missed, however we will again be able to associate with her in the life to come. Thank you for sharing your life with us.

I had the pleasure of growing up and living next door to your wife and mother. Lawanna and I became really close friends when I was in the 7th grade, she was there for me in a really critical time. Over the years we lost touch with each other but I have always remembered what a kind and beautiful person she was.
