Lawrence Nelson Barnum

April 23, 1956 - February 1, 2023 Larry Barnum, 66, of Palos Verdes Estates, CA, passed away on February 1, 2023. He was in the graduating class of 1975 at Palos Verdes High School, Palos Verdes Estates and attended San Diego State University, achieving a B.A. in Business and Real Estate, 1979. Larry worked in aerospace parts sales throughout his career and at one time was a partner in his own aerospace parts company. Larry was married to Anita (Rodriguez) Barnum for 19 years, and this union produced three beautiful kids - Juliette Marie Barnum, 27, Leah Grace Barnum, 22, and Calvin Nelson Barnum, 19. Larry loved golf, sailing and boating, and was a lifelong fan of the Lakers and Rams. Larry is remembered for being spontaneous and headstrong with a zest for life and a big heart. Larry is survived by his three children and two sisters, Anne (Bart) and Lynne (Bill). A service will be held at Neighborhood Church, Palos Verdes Estates on Friday, March 3rd, at 2:00 pm. Following, there will be a gathering in the church hall. All are welcome.
