Add memories that will last forever

Not sure what to say?

It is now two months since our brother, Larry moved on ahead of us.
This has been one long day. Memories flood in from the past.
There was a time when he was only a phone call away. He would
show me how to do everything from cars to algebra, to computers to
the camera then estate planningWe’ve said it well that Larry was
the master of all that he did. He would not merely do what you
needed, but taught you how to do it. Larry researched the family tree.
I believe his curiosity is satisfied as he has met many members of the
family and he reunites with those he knew on earth. I trust that Larry
knows that he fulfilled his purpose here and is helping prepare a place
for us. Wishing peace to the family as we move through this season of
adjustment. All he asks of you is to remember him as loving you.
Peace and Love

It was with deep shock & sadness we heard the news about Larry’s passing. Growing up on Sandridge Road, the Kocher and Strimple kids were intertwined in each other’s lives for so many wonderful years. Best friends, we did everything together. We built a clubhouse together back in the woods combining our 2 last names & calling it Erpleton. Larry was like another brother to me and our family has so many special memories of him. We are so sorry for your loss and are holding you all close in our hearts and prayers.

Growing up we all went to St John’s School. The Kochers and Mc Carthy’s were one of the stops along the way. The church and school brought our Catholic families together. He has now graduated to a new better.life.

To ALL the Family:
Larry was a pillar in the family, church and community and will be greatly missed. His "actions" spoke louder than his voice (except for a bad "baseball call") , and his demeanor provided an settling influence that shaped many a situation. His efforts and support for St. John's, in his adult life, have been visible to many. But his commitment began early when he served "daily" mass for many a year, including recognition as "Server of the Year" several times. If would be hard to identify anyone who served more masses at St. John's than Larry....ever! He taught many young servers their Latin prayers and mentored many a fellow Boy Scout in Troop 117. Early examples of "who he was" throughout his life. His examples and influence will be missed but not forgotten.
We were blessed by his presence, influence and example.

I can envision St. Peter already feeling some relief, knowing Larry will take care of many a thing for him, and probably without even being asked.

It is with tearful shock seeing the passing of Larry. I have been in the house for over a year now and daily await the knock at the door, with Larry standing there with a break from his bike ride. Larry was one in a million. Always working to help someone else, with a smile, visit or hard work. Surely he is in the arms of His Lord. He will be missed by so many. Family is never the same, but knowing Larry is in his heavenly home, is so refreshing. What would we all do without our loving God. God Bless the Kocher family.
