I can´t imagine what Adventure you would be taking me on today. You always wanted to travel to Mongolia. I´ll do that in your spirit.
Photos are of our trip to the Santiago de Compostella. I love and miss Uncle Larry dearly.

One of the many treasures of a lifelong friendship with Carol Fortunato was getting to know her relatives, including the Murrays whom she adored. Madly. Uncle Larry was among the all-time greats. He was brilliant, undeterred, up for adventure, and with lovely Alice beside him, lived an extraordinary life. Larry will be greatly missed.
Much love to Auntie, Andrea, and Lorraine

This is by far my favorite story that I had the pleasure share with my Uncle Larry...uncle through marrying the wonderful Carol Fortunato(2022).
In 2000, Uncle Larry invited a flock of mostly females friends and family members to accompany him on a trek known as the Camino de Santiago de Compostella. They included: Andrea, Anne, Carol, Caroline, Kathy, Gina, Lorraine, Mary, Phyllis and Angelo. In 2005, the Compostello became a topic again and after the description of the adventure I was hooked. Carol and I met Uncle and Auntie Alice in Spain and by the next morning the adventure began. Our first day was an 18 mile hike up and over the Pyrenees Mountains which was not easily completed as we were 5 hours late. I'll leave you with one little twist, Uncle Larry was legally blind. I love you Uncle Larry and I thank you for your spirit of adventure and a trip of a lifetime. Love Angelo and Carol
Our last trip together occurred a few years later as we used a tandem bicycle to explore St. Louis.

I am holding you in my heart, uncle. And I am thrilled that you are getting to test all your theories about the universe. And I hope you're right. Just go easy on the saints above, OK?
All my love to you and to Auntie Alice, Andrea and Lorraine.
