Shared a room with Larry for two years in college; they were lifetime memories of a great person and good friend.

My condolences to the family of Larry. He was a wonderful person to know and work with at Midway Ford for the 28 years I was there. I had a friend and one of his customers that always asked about him.

I am so shocked and so sad to hear of Larry´s passing. Sheryl, Lainie and Cecily, I am thinking of you during this difficult time. I would always see Larry at the gym and he always had a smile on his face and always asked about my family and would talk about the three of you and the grandkids.He was truly a wonderful man and will be missed by many! I know you have so many wonderful memories and hope these memories help as you grieve. Sending love and hugs to all of you and again so sorry for your loss!

My name is Teri Nelson. Larry was my client for most of my career. I started cutting his hair when I was about 22 years old . I'm guessing it was about 45 years.
He was a wonderful client, always happy and I looked forward to his appointments.
We both had doodles , lots of dog conversations. My cousin came in from England 28 plus years ago and took him out for a drive in one of the big trucks . It was the highlight of his visit . I will miss him coming in for his appointments. Blessings to his family, my heart is sad.

I met Larry in 1985 when I was just starting out at Midway Ford, Larry treated me with kindness and respect. I always remember him and his sense of humor.
Later in my time at Midway I was blessed to spend a lot of quality time with Larry on Ski trips and other business trips. He was the life of the party and always fun to be around. I will miss you my old Friend

Larry was my awesome friend as well as a very productive business partner. We worked together at Midway Ford Truck Center since 1979, and we snow skied together in Beaver Creek many times, including six consecutive years from 2013 through 2019. Larry added fun, humor and meaning to my life, and he will be missed by all of us who knew him! Don Ahnger

Dominos, Games, Waiting while he worked out, Books, Politics, Late night call about heart ache and return call the next day, Generosity, Visiting unannounced, Bracero days and lugs of vegetables, Crunch Cake and Norwegian Pancakes, Annihilating Sheryl's Christmas bread, Disappointment with my dirty car, Christmas with his family, and all the other memories stuffed away to be brought forth at unexpected and lonely times to warm the heart.

A fun memory of Larry: on my 13th birthday, Dad took us all to dinner at the Ingomar Club in Eureka. Larry in his sport jacket and with a big smile on his face gallantly drove me to and from dinner in his red sport car. I felt like a princess! Sister Terri

This is Larry's sister Terri. He walked me down the aisle 49 years ago and has been a great, caring, and dependable brother throughout my life. Missing you, big brother.

I´m Tom the youngest brother. I´m eleven years younger than Larry. When I was a teenager, Larry and Sheryl would open their house to me. I love spending time with kids. Their girls were my favorite. I would go down to the Bay Area and take Lainie and Cecily to the park. We would go and get a huge chocolate chip cookie we´d all share. I would play tennis with Sheryl, go to a Giants game, and we would play games. Some of the fondest memories of my childhood. Larry is a good and honorable man who I will miss dearly. One heck of a role model. Love you big brother.

My first memory of Larry was in the fall of 1977, a beer on hand, hanging out on our deck. That was just after our girls had started kindergarten together. The fun memories just continued on from there. He played a mean game of dominoes. A life well lived. Miss you. Susanne
