Lela "Lee" Keller left this world peacefully in the early morning hours of Friday, July 8, 2011, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Lee was born in Scio, Ore., on Nov. 16, 1937. She grew up and attended schools in Jerome, Idaho.
Lee married Philip Keller in June of 1958, and together they raised two beautiful girls, Danya Lee and Danice "JD" Elaine. Lee and Philip were later divorced.
For over 30 years, Lee worked for the Department of Agriculture. She drove bus and worked as a laborer for the INL. She was a devoted naturopath and a licensed massage therapist. No one could give a massage like Lee.
No one could compare to her grandchildren. She loved them so much and talked about them all the time. They were her best friends! Survivors include her daughters, Danya (Jon) Laurendeau and Danice "JD" (Jon) Henderson; grandchildren, Alex (Heather) Wuthrick, Chris Wuthrick, Ashton Wuthrick and JessicaAnn "JJ" Henderson; and her sisters, Lorene Dean of Twin Falls, Idaho, Ruby (Stan) Hutchinson of Rupert, Idaho, Lois Tilton of Twin Falls and Velma (Len) Riddle of Hagerman, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rolland Earl Slatter and Lucille Gentry Slatter Ytuarte; grandson, Daniel Lee Andrew Keller; brother, Stan Slatter; and her niece, Rohanna Thomas.
Go on to bigger and better things, Mom. We will miss you.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, at Calvary Chapel, 4250 S. 25th East in Idaho Falls, with Pastor Rick Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be sent to the Lee Keller Memorial Fund in care of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave., Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.woodfuneralhome.com.

Danya,
My heart felt sympathies go out to you. I had to work Sat. and was not able to make the services. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Woody
