Please pray for the repose of Len's soul who passed away peacefully after a long illness in St James Hospital on Wednesday morning.
A dearly loved Father, Father-in-law, Grandfather and Great Grandfather
who will be missed by many.
Len's Requiem Mass for family and friends will be celebrated Tuesday 2nd February
at 12.15pm at St Theresa's RC church,
Station Road, Leeds 15, prior to interment.
Family flowers only please.
If you wish to donate there will be a collection plate for St Gemma's Hospice
at the church.
Thank you for the exceptional care
in the last few months both to
Sunnyside Nursing Home and
St James Hospital Ward 29.
