My deepest condolences. My name is Dean Schultz on the son of Larry Schultz Larry Schultz and Lenny were related. I was fortunate enough one day traveling to Connecticut for a Poker trip and stopped at my hotel and went over to get something to eat and Lenny had a gig there so we got to chat for a little bit. It was pretty cool. He was the man every summer. I go to Vegas for the World Series and I´ve seen carrot top a few times and Lenny has influenced him among other comedians he will be missed.

Lenny was a true icon. Growing up in Brooklyn my friends and I would drive up just to see him perform at the Raleigh Hotel. He lived three blocks away from me in Delray. I had seen him at a doctors appointment. He was entertaining patients in the office doing his chicken routine. Even at the age of 91. He still had it. Most of the people who were there didn´t know who he was. I told everyone he is a legend. I told him about all my trips I used to take from Brooklyn to the Catskills just to see him. He was so touched. Spoke about all his appearances on TV. Especially on Laugh In and Ball four. He was truly the best. R.I.P. my friend. !! You will be used

So sad to learn of the passing of Lenny. I knew Lenny for many years way before he filled the world with laughter. Lenny was a dedicated NYC Gym teacher for many years before his rise to stardom. He had the great ability to make everyone smile and laugh continuously. He was larger than Life" and will always be remembered for his genuine kindness, hysterical comedic routines, and love of life. I am blessed to have known Lenny for many years. I´m mourning his passing but also celebrating and honoring his life.He gave us all the gift of laughter . RIP Lenny MM
