Leo and I worked closed together as police detectives for many years. He was a trusted and dependable friend who always did his best to serve his community and protect others. Leo was a good man who loved his family and was greatly respected by many who served with him. I will miss him dearly.

He will always be in my heart! Always my second dad even though he always gave me crap and called me names, but deep down I knew he really loved me lol! I will miss his laugh, his hugs and basically just him! Love to everyone who loved him and he will be missed always!
