Leo E. Zimmer Jr.

Leo E. Zimmer Jr., 90, of Lincoln, passed away 04/11/2021. Born September 3, 1930, in Lincoln, NE, to Leo E. Zimmer Sr. and LeDora (Powell) Zimmer. Leo spent 37 years in the United States Air Force, and NE Air National Guard. After his retirement, Leo worked part-time at Toyota.
Survived by wife Ora J. Zimmer, son Steven L. Zimmer (Judy), daughter Marti Springer (Brad Moorman), grandson Troy J. Springer, granddaughter Tonja M. Springer, 3 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 19, 2021, 1:00pm, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. 6800 S. 14th St, Lincoln, NE. Funeral Service will follow the visitation at 2:00pm. Interment at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery 6700 S. 14th St, Lincoln, NE. Reception to follow at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. The family has requested casual attire.
