Hi Bubby, I was just thinking about you and your name came up in my email. My how time flies, fourteen years have passed and I still miss you. I miss the stories you use to tell and how you detailed every word, how interesting you made them sound and I listened extensively because you were so wise. I also miss your funny jokes you use to tell and how you had everyone laughing. Give momma a big kiss for me and remember I will love you forever.

My how time has passed another year is on its way. You are missed more than you can imagine, your smile, your caring attitude and your jokes that always kept us in stitches, your advice to us all, even when we didn't ask for it (your advice). Even though you were the youngest, you were by far the wisest. I remember when we were in Johnson-Williams High School, you were a couple of years younger, but you were always willing to help me with my homework. You were wise beyond your years. I remember when we were little kids, you were about 5 and I was almost 7, we lived for Christmas just like all of the kids in Millwood did. On Christmas Eve, we would climb into our beds while it was still light outside, go to sleep and patiently wait for Santa Clause to come and bring us toys. We would wake up on Christmas morning and run down to the Christmas Tree and open up our gifts. Mama would always bake her famous Apple Sauce Cake and our family would all be together in peace and love.
Everyone in Millwood, attended church on Christmas Day and each of the children would be called to the front of the church to say our Christmas parts that we were given. Remember the year, you and our cousin Altire got up to sing Silent Night and all of the kids started laughing because you both were singing off key. Then, all of a sudden our Sunday School teacher, Mrs. Mary Susan gave us the look and immediately we got back in order. I must admit you and Altire sang your heart out as Mrs. Mary Susan taught us, its not so much how you sound, just have the courage enough to stand in front of others and always do your best. We always had snow every Christmas in Millwood, how I miss that beautiful town and those beautiful people that we grew up with. Maybe one day I will get to go back to Millwood and live there for the remainder of my life.
I know your birthday and Christmas are coming up in December, I will be back then. RIP my loving brother, you will live in my heart forever. Love and Hugs to you always
