It was truly a shock when we heard of Len's passing. We want to send our deepest condolences to you, your family. We remember Len as a teacher, city councillor and MLA and friend. We were shocked by Len's sudden passing! We remember him as a friend, teacher, camp counsellor, city councillor, MLA a wise man, servant leader and role model who shared his knowledge and experience through the myriad of ways he touched our lives. His consistent dedication to the service of others is a living testimony to power of his enduring core values. There is a little bit of Len in each of us who were privileged to know him. And we are thankful!

My sincere condolences Barb. Len always had a smile and a readiness to stop and chat awhile even out on the trail for a walk. This is a difficult time for sure but you treasure the memories and each day becomes manageable. God Bless Barb and RIP Len

When I bumped into Len at some Canada Day celebrations here in St. Albert I was thrilled at the chance to convey to him how great his legacy was here in St. Albert. I'm so glad to have had that chance. He was a man to admire! He lived a life of service. I can't think of anything better. Sad to lose him.

Hands down one of the best teachers I have ever had! I remember as if it were yesterday; I answered my door and there stood Mr. Bracko and he said "Hi Shelley it is so nice to see you and your beautiful baby daughter". It was the first time I voted for a Liberal candidate because I trusted Mr. Bracko with all my heart - he never let me down when teaching me Social Studies so I knew he wouldn't let me down as a politician either. RIP you wonderful man.
