You will be missed my old friend. Every time I see a pool table you wil be remembered. I was looking forward to you coming to Texas in March. I guess I will have to settle for the memories we shared in Indy. There was so much I wanted to show you here in Texas. But you had to go to heaven instead. Make sure to have the balls racked when I get there. Until we meet again my friend.

I remember meeting Lenny around a pool table in December 1995. He taught me how to make bank shots. After playing pool a few times, I told him my family room was too dark and he said he could install skylights. I remember thinking "That's a handy friend to have!" He actually did install my skylights. It was my first house and I had a lot of projects to do on the 35-year-old house. That summer I came home from work while he was waterproofing my deck and met his sons who were swimming in my pool. We've been friends ever since.

Qualities I admired most in him were his sense of humor, creativity (in a McGuyver kinda way), his generosity (when he had little to spare, he still helped others out), and his ability to learn new things. I remember going golfing with him the first time and he caught on to the rules very quickly. On about our 7th golf outing, he started beating me at it! I had almost an acre and he planted a huge garden for me with lots of tomatoes, corn, bell peppers
and cucumbers at the far end of the property. It took over 150 feet of hose to water the garden.

So many memories. I will never forget my friend Lenny. RIP, bro - till we meet again!
