I would like to offer my condolences on the passing of your husband and father. I have known Leonard for over 45 years. I worked for him at the planer mill in the late 60's and 70's and then at the sawmill east of PG on the Buckhorn past the old coal mine. After that I worked for 5 years at Mile 74 north of Mackenzie. I remember a good man. With sincere sympathy , Leonard Polsfut, Prince George.

Leslie & Family...My thoughts are with you..take care..

The tide recedes, but leaves behind
bright seashells on the sand. The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers in the land. The music stops, and yet it echoes on the sweet refrains…for every joy that passes…..something beautiful remains.

Dear Marlene and family - we were so sad to hear of Len's sudden passing. So many good memories have returned over the last few days as I have thought of Len, and I can only imagine how many memories you are sharing together at this time. We sense his absence already and will miss him, even though we have not had the chance to visit much in the last few years.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn his loss, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
God Bless you,
Darryl and Lorraine Wall

Marlene and family ... I can still picture Leonard ... unloading firewood out in front of the house ... sitting down on a wood stump when he got tired ... and striking up a conversation with any strangers walking by on the sidewalk ... you probably thought I was going to say "striking up a match" ... He will be missed.

Leonard and Marlene were so welcoming and kind to me back in 1974, settling in to my year in Prince George, enjoying many gatherings at the "Manse", and introducing all my other "L" cousins.
With a remembering smile of those times,
