BRASH South Shields Suddenly on April 4, 2009, aged 59 years, Les, a much loved husband to Freda, a devoted dad of Lisa and granda of JJ and Harley. We watched you suffer, we watched you sigh, and all we could do was just sit by; when the time came we suffered too, you never deserved what you went through. I will love you forever, Freda. xx Rest in peace. Family and friends please meet al All Saints' Church, Boldon Lane, on Monday, April 20, 2009, at 1.45pm followed by interment at Harton Cemetery at 2.30pm. All welcome afterwards at the Westside Club, 6 West Avenue, The Nook
Les will be resting at Tynedale House.

I was a fan of you lisa on sit up, never bought anything but you were entertaining, watched you last about a year ago, just googled you tonight and found this. my heart goes out to you and your family, im so sorry for your loss, you mentioned your parents and kids so much, i know you must be heartbroken. I never done anything like this before, but felt i had to,I have no doubt in my mind that your Dad is so proud of you. Kimxxx

Les Brash - a nice guy
To Freda, Lisa & all of Les's family we extend our heartfelt & deepest sympathy at this saddest of times.
Les passed away in the service of our company where he enjoyed a reputation for being tough but fair in all that he did.
He never moaned when the going got tough, he just took it in his stride and got on with it and no one can ask more.
His family have lost a devoted husband, father & grandfather and we have lost a dedicated & valued colleague for whom we mourn.
Our thoughts are with his family at this saddest of times.
