I'm just an old fan, but I remember when Monica Bard showed up in Port Charles. For nearly 50 years she stuck with us, and we are all deeply grateful. Thank you, Leslie, for the untold hours of hard work and incredible skill you put into every scene. Thank you for being.

Leslie was an awesome actress.I saw her in an early episode of Happy Days not too long ago that aired on Pluto TV. She was beautiful then and as the years went on. I loved her in her role as Monica. She portrayed Monica was tough strong character. She was an unforgettable legend.

I grew up watching General Hospital. Back in early or mid 80's, Leslie did an appearance at First National Bank in Holdrege, NE. I arranged a surprise for my mom to go there to meet her and get her autograph. Seems like forever ago...

To the Family and Friends of Leslie Charleson, it's so sad that the world has lost another gifted and talented actor who graced us with her presence on daytime television. She was a staple on General Hospital and played her part as Monica Quartermaine with the authority needed to be a member of the Quartermaine Dynasty. There is no doubt that she will be missed by the ABC cast of GH, especially those who knew her personally and professionally.
Please remember that God is close to the broken hearted and there is never a tear drop that he doesn't see. There is never a moment when God doesn't care, never a time when he won't hear our prayers. Better days are ahead.
